would not cooperate with the Borrower's situation; so a fast Private Money Loan to pay off the original loan until a full process refinance could
be completed was obtained. |

| Borrower needed money very fast to buy an REO that was a 'bargain' if escrow
could be closed quickly. After major renovations the Borrower made a large profit from the resale of the subject property. |
